For indoor play, don’t forget to sign in at the front desk. It is important for the Parks and Recreation Department to keep up with who is playing, (in event of accident or emergency), as well as to document how much activity the indoor courts are getting. This information will be helpful to demonstrate how much we NEED indoor courts!

We are currently preparing a SHIRT and HAT order. Winter is coming, if you want to check out the sweatshirts/hoodies available or add a long sleeve shirt to your wardrobe. To take a look,
Sunday, October 8th is the LAST DAY to place an order, I’ll send the order in on Monday, 10/6. Email to and provide the STYLE #, the Size, the Color (not the color #, but the actual color, and which Logo you want. Remember the Logo color will depend on the color of your shirt. Also, Logo #2, is our “Club Logo” we use on a Navy shirt, but you may select this logo for other colors as well. An example of a shirt order would be: LST353LS, Medium, Navy, #2.

The Parks and Recreation Department has posted signage on both the Tennis and Pickleball Courts noting these courts are for the intended sport only. Tennis is the only sport allowed on the tennis courts and Pickleball is the only sport allowed on the pickleball courts. IF you are ever at the courts and any other activity is taking place on our pickleball courts, please point to the signage and if this instruction is not followed, reach out to me.

October 2023 will conclude the 2nd year of our 501c3 Domestic Non-Profit Club status. The first group of 5 officers will either rotate off the board, or re-up for another two-year rotation. We have a total of eight board members with five in the first two years and three added in the second year. This every other year roation allows for officers to learn how the club runs from those before them and be able to provide direction for those coming after them.

If you are interested in joining the board, or if you’d like to be aware of when we have board meetings in order to address a concern to the group, just ask! Please remember these positions are on a voluntary basis, and be respectful of those that give their time to make our program successful.

We invite you to notify us with any problems or issues you feel need to be brought to our attention; we also appreciate positive feed-back when you are happy with how things are going. If we are not aware there is a concern, we will not be able to address it. This includes letting us know when balls are getting low in supply, before they are gone. We can’t order more if we don’t know the supply is low. We hope you appreciate that our CLUB provides the balls FOR YOU! We are able to purchase these with the generous Donation$ YOU make.

Reminder for all inside players: Do NOT leave the nets and dividers in the gym! If you are the last one to leave, regardless of the time, please put the nets and dividers back in the storeroom. If other players come in later to play, they will set the nets and dividers up, then return to the storage room before they leave.

And That’s a WRAP!

Paddles up, Toe the line, and DINK responsibly.
